Howdy! I’m Stewart Thompson, a driven professional with over a decade of experience in leadership, customer success, and business growth. My career has spanned diverse industries, from managing high-performing customer education and support teams at Automattic (the parent company of WordPress.com) to founding and scaling a social media marketing agency for the fresh produce industry. Along the way, I’ve led initiatives that reduced customer onboarding time, grew monthly team revenue, and improved customer satisfaction scores.
But my story doesn’t stop at work. Life has handed me my share of challenges—overcoming deafness through nine surgeries, surviving a traumatic accident that left me paralyzed, and finding resilience in the face of adversity. These experiences have shaped my perspective, teaching me to approach life with gratitude, determination, and a commitment to growth.
Outside of work, I find joy in the kitchen, experimenting with flavors and sharing meals with loved ones.
